Thank you.I want to thank everyone here for another great year.
I joined Runemate in early 2018 and started on my own bots right away. I
really got into development during covid lockdowns of 2020. That means I've been doing this for nearly 8 years already, and been really going for 5.
Time flies.
I remember as a kid, before I could code, I'd talk to my parents about Runescape, and how cool I thought bots were. That you could just let them run and they'd do everything for you, just like a person. That was back when bots would fill vials of water, kick chickens, and not do much more. I think that admiration is part of why I'm a developer now.
Time really flies.
It's hard to quantify the time and brainpower I've put into this, but I've genuinely enjoyed it. As many of you know, I'm a people pleaser, maybe to a fault, and creating something that so many people use and enjoy has meant a lot to me. Did you know I have nearly 300 tasks in
Discord Channel, just from 2025? I think that's insane. All time, there's 1600 completed tasks in there. Those range from "released corrupted gauntlet" to "added this mining spot, by request". I've sent over 54,000 messages here, talking to all you wonderful people. And 46,000 more on the Runemate discord.
I know, I'll go touch some grass.
I would never in a million years claim to be the best bot developer. There's a lot of downright geniuses in these communities. But I've worked hard, I've iterated, and I'm proud of what I'm done. And I want to thank you all for being here.

🖱️🚀 Click-to-Go Mode
If you want to semi-automatically play while barely paying attention, you might be interested in Click-to-Go mode!
This new optional semi-manual mode executes the next action every time you click the big glowing button (or press any key).
Think of it as a halfway point between botting & playing yourself. You don’t need to manually click rocks, trees, etc; You just press once and the bot does the “next logical thing.”
It’s experimental, and while I can’t guarantee lower risk, it should be more human-like and hopefully carry less risk.
And, other new humanization-focused updates across ALL Cuppa Bots:
⚡ Improved misclick recovery
Bots now notice and correct misclicks faster and more naturally.
And on that topic...
🎯 Customizable misclick rate
You can now set misclicks between 0%–20%, making behavior much closer to real players when combined with the improved misclick recovery.

Cuppa Moons of Peril
- by strangely extremely popular request, the bot now has the option to destroy the frozen ice weapon, during the blue moon special attack
- completely dominate that huge chunk of ice by kicking it for essentially no reason
- marvel at the fact that no one will again ask you "why aren't you kicking the ice" as they misclick once and take 2x the damage that skipping the special entirely does
- completely admire the brisk kicking action of kicking the ice weapon block to free your weapon so unceremoniously taken from you
- sit in wonder as the bot deftly kicks and kicks, chipping away at any possible indication that you are a bot, because only a bot would skip a pointless phase in a tedious midgame boss fight
- blend in seamlessly among the other non-cuppa moons of peril bots as they all kick the ice, not because they need to but because it is there
- kick kick kick i love kicking and i'm so glad cuppa spent the combined ~5 hours spread over the past 8 months finding a way to detect where the weapon is in the block of ice, the block of ice that stole your weapon

Bringing back an old-school idea, with...Cuppa Fatigue System
Ever get tired and distracted while playing RuneScape? Now Cuppa bots can too
Available on most Cuppa Bots, the fatigue system gradually increases action delays over time, simulating a player losing focus. A brief delay might become slightly longer, while longer delays (like after clicking a Magic tree) stretch even further.
Fatigue decreases while idling and resets after breaks.
Currently available on most Cuppa bots (excluding Corrupted Gauntlet and Moons of Peril).

In what is likely the single largest update I've ever released...
Cuppa Bots have a new UI!
Call it a fresh coat of paint, a refresh, out with the old in with the new, the more things change the more they stay the same...!
All 34 Cuppa Bot user interfaces have been completely re-written from scratch! (Besides Cuppa Shopper, don't worry about that one.) No longer using drag-and-drop, static elements, the UIs are all written in pure JavaFX. This makes it way easier for me to make sweeping updates the interfaces in the future, makes it way easier for me to add settings and new features, and is generally a nice fresh coat of paint.
The bots should now scale nicer to different window sizes, and the Break/AFK/Stop Handlers will collapse into a separate tab at smaller window sizes. Even more new features to come soon, including new settings to be applied to all bots.
This was a MUCH bigger & more complicated overhaul than it might appear! While I tested everything pretty thoroughly, it's definitely possible I might have missed some bugs. Please let me know if any bots have issues loading, or saving/applying certain settings, or anything like that!

This is probably my most wide-reaching update log ever.
Things that effect all Cuppa Bots
Discord Usage Tracking-
To continue/enable Cuppa Bot usage tracking, you MUST re-register!! If you re-register, your new and old usage will stack.
- To better respect user privacy, usage tracking is now
strictly opt in, and based off an anonymized ID, and generally overhauled.
- This means usage will
NOT be tracked by the server until you register.
- To re-register, just follow the instructions in the popup on bot stop.
- If the popup doesn't appear, check the box to make it appear (on stop) in the bot progress log.
Added Rare Drops & Bot Achievements!- Once you've registered or re-registered (see above), you can enable drop/achievements in
Discord Channel.
This is OFF by default.- This will show rare drops/achievements, such as enhanced seeds and pet drops, in that channel.
- To enable, in

It is not currently possible for me to issue refunds. Credit transferring (used for refunds) was

Bad news. It looks like a lot of botters were banned today for "Unauthorized Client" (though mostly temp bans it seems). By my understanding this shouldn't have been possible, but the client devs (and generally everyone) is looking into it.
Might be some form of policy change from Jagex, or a mistake, or something else. Not sure yet.

Cuppa Gauntlet & Cuppa CorruptedGauntlet [Beta] v0.1.0:
- Split Gauntlet & CorruptedGauntlet into two separate bots. Cuppa CorruptedGauntlet can do either (for convenience if you want to do a mix), but Cuppa Gauntlet can only do regular gauntlet. This split is because the final price(s) for the bots will be different, though the difference is small now.
- Drastically reworked & improved the Hunllef tile calculation logic. Now much more accurately calculates the "best" tile to run to (to avoid dangerous tiles & tornados), and avoids recalculating it more than it needs to. Essentially, makes much more decisive movements during the Hunllef fight.
- Updated the calculation of how far we are from tornados, so it has a better understanding of how close they are.
- Tweaked the value to eat at slightly in the Hunllef fight, so it won't be taking quite such large risks.
- Tweaks to how much the bot wants to avoid tornados.
- If the bot encounters a Corrupted/Cystalline spike, it'll now pick up & grind it rather than ignoring it.
- Pretty drastically improved item pick up speed, when picking up large stacks.
- Faster tab switching, for inventory & prayer.
- Cleaned up a lot of unneeded code, improving efficiency in general.

Alright I've been debating posting about this for a while, but I can't keep it secret anymore:
Cuppa Gauntlet is in development
It's not ready for release yet, and I don't know when it will be. It might still be a while.
So far, it can do regular Gauntlet reasonably consistently, and it can theoretically, very inconsistently get Corrupt Gauntlet KC.
But there's still a good amount more to optimize before I can release it. This is definitely the most difficult bot I've ever made. Just posting this as a teaser.

- skillers rejoice: Jagex added the ability to repair pouches using Abyssal pearls at Cordelia. I added an option to do so as well (so lunars are no longer required to repair pouches, just a stockpile of Abyssal pearls in bank)
- improved the logic for re-entering the minigame, to waste less time in lobby
- if the bot has a Rune pouch in it's inventory (eg for NPC contact), the bot will automatically add runes crafted to it (if they're the same type)
- improvements to niche logic for lower playercount games (better picking which barrier to idle at, casting NPC contact correctly if relevant, failsafe if "stuck" in barrier)

- bot will continue into the altar if we still have an okay amount of essence, even if we used some to repair shattered tiles

- Fixed Colossal pouch support!! Bot will now accurately track the amount of essence in the colossal pouch and empty/fill it accordingly.
- Lots of timing improvements, tightening up delays and more variety.
- Bot will perform more actions contextually (eg more often using cells on tiles if it's close, more often relinquishing charged essence to the great guardian if nearby, etc)
- Improved decision making on when to use charged cells on Guardians vs Barriers (will prioritize using stronger cells on Guardians most of the time)
- If in a low playercount game (such as FSW or just a game with less people), the bot will place a barrier at the game start so we don't lose right away (but it won't do so if cell use is disabled)
- Bot will (some of the time) repair fully broken cell tiles (as a lot of bots don't seem to do this it can end in lost games
- A bunch of other small tweaks.

I've set up a custom system to enable usage tracking (and usage based roles) through CoffeeBot discord bot!
What's that mean?Basically, when you run & stop any premium Cuppa bot, the usage will be logged on the Cuppa Server. You'll see a screen on-stop with instructions to claim that usage on Discord (basically just copy the
!register [hashcode] command and paste it into the server).
You only need to do this once!You can then track your usage through the discord bot & will automatically earn

A number of people (but not everyone) have been having an issue where the bot will get stuck mining. I can't seem to reproduce it at all, but I added more debugging logs in the bot to try to nail down the cause.
If you've had this issue in the past, please try the bot again now (feel free to use the lite version so you don't get charged), and if it gets stuck mining, let it run for a few extra minutes to see what it does and then please send me the log (found in Help > View Logs).

Another day, another batch of Cuppa GuardianOfTheRift improvements
- removed the "Slider Priority" and "Balanced Every Game" (these options were inherently kind of flawed, such as how "Balanced Every Game", if the score was 55:56 Elemental:Catalytic, would choose Air over Blood. Custom priority list is more clear in it's intentions)
- added presets for Priority List (Default, Low-Mid Balanced, Catalytic Priority), can add more by request
- made taking cores optional entirely
- by default, the bot will now leave the mining area just before the guardians initially open. This is so that the bot is more likely to be ready for the portal spawns. This is also randomized and weighted depending on whether you're in the east/south mine, amount of pouches, etc.
- changed around NPC contact priority significantly. Will not use NPC contact if the round is mostly complete, will use between games, will not use in lobby area (if it needs runes from the bank, it'll take them into the game and NPC contact near the mine so as to not miss the start of the game)
- fixed an issue with talisman usage not being prioritized correctly
- fixed an issue where the bot couldn't detect the hud on very low population worlds (couldn't detect 0/2, 0/4, 0/6 guardian counts)
Note: Currently a minor bug where the bot still checks the bank for NPC contact Runes even if the Runes are in the pouch. Should be ok though, doesn't lead to the bot getting stuck. Will be fixed asap.

- eastern agility shortcut support: accounts with 56+ agility will automatically mine at the eastern (better) rocks at start of game
- essence pouch support! Bot will now use any essence pouches in your inventory & will automatically repair them if on lunars. Will use NPC contact in game if you have the runes in a rune pouch, or else will leave between games to cast it at the bank.

- bot will now perform logical actions between games (such as depositing runes, collecting uncharged cells, moving towards the rocks it'll mine, etc)

- (For Elves/Vyres/Ardy NPCs in houses) By popular request, I added more randomized/longer delay before closing the door when someone else opens it. Before the bot would just instantly close the door as soon as it noticed it was open. Now the bot will:
--- close the door as soon as it enters a building (same as now)
--- be increasingly slower at closing the door when someone else opens it
--- Eg: The bot enters the building & closes the door. If someone else opens it, it'll wait a few seconds & if no one else closes the door, it'll close it. The next time the door gets opened it'll wait slightly longer before closing it. This increases to a cap & eventually resets back to closing the door quicker.
Cuppa AgilityAIO:
- fixed a bug causing it to stop picking up coins when using the Leagues 3 relic "Gold Brick Road" (will now pick up coins again)
- fixed a bug where the bot may get stuck trying to pick up MOG at the same time as alching

I've updated ALL my bots to work with Leagues 3: Shattered Relics!
That means:
- if a bot is being run on a "Leagues III" world and it needs to worldhop, it'll only ever hop to another "Leagues III" world
- if a bot ever acquires a relic fragment, it'll automatically redeem it right away (this is important so bots don't become stuck trying to bank fragments!)
- Cuppa Agility will collect coins dropped by Golden Brick Road relic!
May I recommend the using the Chef's Catch relic (to fish cooked food) & Catch of the Day relic (to randomly fish Rare Drop Table items) while botting Tempoross? 🦈

To all bots, made a pretty substantial refactor that (hopefully) shouldn't really change the user experience much:
``- My bots now, instead of blocking/unblocking the mouse automatically, will pause the bot when they are waiting for settings input and resume the bot when done and "Run Bot with Settings" is clicked. Pausing/unpausing the bot unblocks/blocks input anyways, so this shouldn't make a noticable difference to user experience. It's just a bit cleaner conceptually. (If this doesn't make sense to you, don't worry about it, it's just a back end change)
- removed dedicated "Block Mouse" button from GUI, as it was kind of redundant (there's a block input dropdown on the Runemate interface itself)
- tweaked bot interfaces a bit
- some other backend stuff that's hard to explain but help with smoothness of user interaction`
To all bots, made it so that the bot will automatically enable needed settings:

- when Tempoross is almost defeated, the bot will prioritize finishing loading cooked fish rather than harpooning the spirit pool (as it's more efficient)

Besides the new bots, I've also released a bunch of other bugfixes and improvements:
- Cuppa Pickpocket: Fixed issue where bot sometimes got stuck in Ardy Knight houses
- Cuppa Pickpocket: Tweaked timings, to make it slightly more "human"
- Cuppa Agility: Fixed issue where bot would sometimes deposit stuff it's alching by mistake
- Cuppa Agility: Added cakes
- Cuppa Miner: Added Mor Ul Rek North-West
- Cuppa Shopper: Fixed issue where bot could get stuck trying to buy overstocked shop as an ironman.

Just a heads up to anyone using my pickpocketer, there was a game update today that reduced the seeds obtained from Master Farmer if you have a low Farming level:
``Master Farmers' drop tables for herb seeds now scale with Farming level. This is to stop bots using Master Farmers with very low stats. Herb seeds will now be worse below 71 farming and better above 71 farming. ``
